Barbara’s Rocky Road is famous around here as a fantastic Christmas treat, so we thought it was only fair to share it with you all!

Perhaps you already know how rocky road tastes like, and maybe you already have your favourite rocky road recipe. But I’m telling you, this one can surpass your expectations and might even be your new favourite! I’m not kidding!

You see, a lot of people here can’t get enough of this and I’m sure you will also ask for more once you know how delicious this is! Barbara’s Rocky Road is like a dessert that has been sent from above! Truly a gift from heaven!

  1. Mix jellies, dark choc bits, peanuts and marshmallows together in a bowl. Mix in melted chocolate and pour into a lined tray.

  2. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours before slicing into small pieces.

Recipe Hints and Tips:

  • Keep Barbara’s Rocky Road refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • If you don’t have mini marshmallows, dice normal size marshmallows but use 150 grams.
