Personally, I never thought fondues went OUT of fashion.
You can pick up very cheap fondue sets from many of the cheap shops or just improvise! If you want to do something a bit different, use white chocolate instead!
Just look at that delicious and elegant spread! Looks like you ordered it at a restaurant, right. You wouldn’t even think this is easy to whip up.
This will be a winner at your next dinner party or when you have the girls around.
1/2 fill a saucepan with water and bring to a slow boil.
Place a metal bowl on top and gently melt the chocolate together with the cream, whisking constantly.
Remove from the heat once melted, smooth and well combined.
Gently stir in the Tia Maria and transfer the chocolate liquid mix to the fondue bowl.
Wash and arrange the fruit around the bowl – take turns dipping the fruit, marshmallows and croissant pieces into the chocolate mix – enjoy!
PS. This Chocolate Fondue recipe is not suitable for freezing.
