If you are struggling to drink enough water in a day, flavouring it can really help. But you don’t want to load it up with things like cordial that just add unnecessary sugar and preservatives.
Mix together all the ingredients and place in the fridge.
Pour mixture into a sports drink and drink when thirsty.
Top up with water as needed.
