This Hawaiian Chicken Salad will spice up your lunch or a light dinner.
We love a good caesar salad, but it can get boring sometimes! So it’s time to try out something new and this salad is just the right change. It’s beautiful on the table, and will be the star of your feast!
Method

Mix chicken, rice, celery, onion, pineapple, cashews and capsicum in a bowl.

Add all dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well.

Pour dressing over chicken salad and toss lightly.
