Lottie continued: ‘Sometimes when I felt happy and good I would feel guilty and question why do I feel like this but then you have you’re down days and I felt I should have just enjoyed when I was happy and ok

‘On the flip side if you’re feeling down or having a bad day just allow that to happen because it’s easy to try and mask those emotions because it’s too painful

‘But when you can face emotions you should as you have such a better chance at healing and getting to a better place with it, give yourself time’
