In fact, I love all Asian food – their combination of flavours and colours are masterful and they’re not expensive at all to make at home!
Asian Noodle Salad is filled with flavourful ingredients that all contain nutrients that are good for the body.
Combine all the top ingredients together (except for the noodles) in a bowl and combine well.
In a small saucepan, heat all the dressing ingredients together over low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Pour over salad and mix well.
Sprinkle the crunchy noodles over wombok mix and serve immediately.

This is a great side dish to baked chicken legs (or Honey Chicken is even better). Great to take to parties as you can make it in bulk.
